Add to myYahoo!‘Tis the season for winter weddings, be it around the Christmas holidays or a Valentine’s day delight! With these magical winter weddings comes the need for winter wedding invitations!Personally, a snowflake design is my favorite type of winter wedding invitations. Add to myYahoo!I know I've featured Amy Karp Photography before in my Eye Candy Friday posts, but her images never cease to amaze me. In particular, this shoe shot today with the rings on the high heel. It's clever and the composition is stunning. To see more from this wedding, please click here.

Add to myYahoo!Way back in 1975, Elvis took off his 10-carat diamond ring and gave it to a man in the audience during a concert. Now that ring, encrusted with 19 diamonds is all set to go under the hammer at an auction in Tallahassee in the US early December. The diamond ring is unique and it [...]

Add to myYahoo! The other day I posted easy fall centerpiece ideas that would also be perfect for Thanksgiving. For today, I came across these great Thanksgiving Table Settings from Country Living that I wanted to share with you before the weekly This and That {sales, discounts, events and more}. My favorite is the ribbon napkin holders as this can easily be used for any holiday and can serve double duty for weddings as the place card. Simply write your guests names on cardstock, punch holes on both sides and then thread your ribbon of choice thru the holes after wrapping ribbon underneath napkin.

Add to myYahoo!Hi my little bloggity blog friends!
So sorry that posting has been slim to none here at Tying the Knot recently. To tide you over until next week I thought that I would share a never before seen ring shot {my favorite, actually!} of our rings taken by Nicole Green on our wedding day. My hairdresser had a fabulous bag complete with quite the bling that made quite the perfect background for our rings to rest on.
I hope that you all have a lovely weekend! I have been out of town for the past 12 days and am quite excited to land back in Ohio tonight and see my husband, Rawry, my own bed & pillow, catch up with my dvr {over a glass of wine} and partake in some early Christmas shopping & decorating that my husband promised me we could do this weekend. xoxo!
