Brides with Flair: Jessica in Ulla-Maija Couture

After 25 years at Brides Editor in chief Millie
Martini Bratten has been replaces by Anne Fulenwide

Condé Nast has let go of longtime Brides editor in chief Millie Martini Bratten and replaced her with Marie Claire executive editor Anne Fulenwider. In another move, Michelle Myers is leaving as publisher of Lucky to become the new publisher of Brides, sources said.

These moves are just the start of what is expected to be a series of shake-ups in the coming days at the publisher. WWD has learned that Condé Nast plans to fold the Brides Local magazines, which are published in 16 different regions. Brides Local magazines and brides.com editor in chief Julie Raimondi resigned this week in order to take a job at a start-up, Lover.ly.

It looks like age discrimination to me!

Eye Candy Friday : v115 {a pink ombré day for
clutches}

Trying something a bit different today to see what you think for Eye Candy Friday. Instead of featuring a photo from a photographer as I typically do . . . I decided I'd try and showcase a few items from etsy. What do you think? Would you like to see more like this? Or do you prefer the "original" style for Eye Candy Friday?

from Bella Fiore {couture wedding accessories}

from Pere Custom Handbags

And, if you are looking to plan a perfectly pink and grey party - you could use the following color palette based on these gorgeous clutches :)
