Great beach cover ups!

Hey, do you need a cover up?
I've never really worn my bathing suit with my FAMILY around. My mom, aunts, and uncles are a bit more conservative and I don't think they have worn bathing suits or even shorts for many, many years. They kind of figure that is for kids under 12, so who knows how they will react when I, well beyond 12, put on a bathing suit.
So I figured I better stock up on cover ups for the pool and I happened upon this site with great beach cover ups in beautiful prints and fun colors ! Visit echodesign.com

I really scoured their site and soon realized I've already bought some things from them! (just not online) At Daffy's I fell in love with cute satin boxers that are sexy and comfy to replace the crazy looking ones that make me look like I live in Sanford & Son's junkyard. I figured my new husband would appreciate a Mrs. Anderson in cute boxers.
I also bought this knit metallic striped caftan for my last trip to Jamaica. It was a great light sweater for the plane too.

After Party Wedding Sandals!

My dear friend Tricia Lee and I were shopping, out and about, we found a pair of flat sandals that were perfect flat shoes to wear if my feet began to hurt at the wedding. The shoes were beautiful and in my usual way I ruminated on their beauty, usefulness and price (extra expensive but cute flat shoes in case my feet hurt were not in the budget. )

Tricia Lee clearly pointed out that flat shoes at the wedding had to be chosen carefully or you would be better off being barefoot. "Why ruin the beautiful dress with some flip flops or day sandals that don't fit the occasion?" She knew they were the ones. Just like she knew that my Dress was "the Dress" when she tried it on with me. This was months and two try on sessions before I knew it too.

So, while I was dithering about in front of the mirror pondering if I would catch them on sale, she bought them for me and the cashier came over and put them in the box. I almost cried. That was SOOOOOOOOOoooooooooooooooooo sweet of Tricia Lee.

The shoes are an all ivory version of the ones above. The ones on the left are Giuseppe Zanotti's metallic thongs which are $595. The ones on the right are the style I actually prefer with a satin rosette and are much less expensive. All I can say is that counterfit chic makes me happy!

I've been on the prowl for wedding accessories for my bridal party that look like a million bucks but are really under $20.

While I would love to lavish them with great gifts I have to settle for finds that are chic AND cheap. I was getting disheartned on the quest until I came across good internet deals on Nicole Lee.com
