At Miracle we offer a wide variety of options for each bridesmaid, to ensure that each bridesmaid will find a dress that suits her. Our collection features a wide array of styles in clean, elegant, timeless silhouettes. Miracle dresses are 100% silk shantung. We use smooth quality silk shantung in a rich palette of beautiful colors. We find silk shantung tailors beautifully to flatter all body types and alters well.

Once the bridesmaid chooses a style from the collection, she can then decide if she wants the skirt or dress to be A-line or straight, as well as if she wants it to be knee-length, tea-length (mid-calf) or full length. A 4" contrast band or a sash of the color of her choice can also be added to any dress.

Melissa Sweet was destined to become a bridal designer. While most young girls her age chose bright t-shirts and denim, Sweet opted for white shirts, dresses and skirts. As a child living in Lawrenceburg, Kentucky, she learned to sew under the watchful eyes of her grandmother and mother. Growing-up, Sweet hand-stitched her own garments and designed white gowns for each year that she attended the prom.

Sweet left her hometown to further cultivate her knowledge of design and business at Parsons School of Design in New York and Bauder College in Georgia. In 1996, she launched her namesake company in Atlanta and showcased her bridal collection from a historic white mansion downtown.Sweet was an instant sensation, drawing attention and praise for her refreshing view of glamour and modern design.

Options include strap options, belts or sashes, hem accents, and contrasting or matching wraps. Fabrics available in over 70 choices of solid colors and patterns, and in materials charmeuse, silk dupioni, silk organza, or Eastern silk shantung. Both dresses and separates are available. Dresses should be ordered at least 18 weeks prior to the wedding date. Rush delivery is also available.
