This week it began selling a 65-cent stamp featuring a picture of a three-tier wedding cake topped with white flowers. The first-class stamp is sold in sheets of 20 and is ideal for mailing wedding invitations weighing up to two ounces. It's available at post offices nationwide and online at usps.com.
